Color Thoughts, whether through visualizing or recalling by association, are not in the normal habitual thinking
responses of mankind. So they rank as
second thoughts, and have to be practiced after a solid testimony of their worth.
Yet, every day men and women are passing color thought radiations through their eyes. Looking at arrays of color found in attractive
advertisements and pictures in print or paintings on display, bring moments of delight and inner satisfaction opportunities. (I choose
the word "opportunities", as our attitude at the moment directly affects our feeling experience; read my book
Always Like the First Time - for a detailed explanation
of this marvel.)
The water within needs balancing and color is a fast re-balancer. As color is either alkaline or acidic in nature, our light
conductor, water, is in need of balanced alkaline and acid too.
Years ago, my beautiful mother told me her secret of solving a sore throat.
I was to pour 1 cup of water into a measuring cup. Then put it into another cup or glass. I was to repeat this task. In the first
glass put 2 tablespoons of salt. In the other glass put 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Stir well, keeping mixtures separate. Take
one glass and sip enough water to gargle. Gargle long enough to feel a change in the throat. Spit out the mixture.
Do the same thing with other glass of mixture. Gargle and spit out.
She noted: Neither one will hurt you if you do swallow. The test: which one felt soothing? Which one felt more sore or sharp? If
the salt-water felt soothing, then use it or if the lemon-water was better, use it.
I was too young to understand the chemistry in the body. Remarkably, my mother had shown me a way to detect the imbalance and what to
do to rebalance.
Salt water is alkaline and lemon water is acidic. My throat energy needed only one of the types at that moment. Later when I had a
sore throat, I began the salt-water gargle and then realizing it was soothing, I set the water aside. I began to visualize an alkaline
color shade. The soothing continued and a pleasurable tingling was dancing around my throat. I recorded this event in my notes.
Many moons later, as I am not prone to illnesses, I manifested another sore throat. This time I did not make up the mixtures. I
started to visualize the same color hue with the intent to play around with the colors, a color thought.
This time I shockingly discovered the alkaline color was not producing the soothing balance.
It started to be irritating and not soothing. So I began to visualize a color from the other chemical side - acid. I surprisingly
found comfort joining the slight stinging of the throat. I experienced pleasurable warmth taking over the stinging inside my throat.
I KNEW I WAS ON TO SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT.
The body needs balancing and the chemicals are one of two kinds:
Alkaline and Acidic. (I will share the
acronymic purposes of these two in another article.) I am silver - haired now, but was blue/red brunette in my younger years.
Both hair shades are alkaline shades. My eyes are medium brown, again alkaline. My skin is beige/pink, alkaline.
My personal color spectrum, meaning the colors that I show internally, are the shades that I find most effective in visualizing. The
brighter I envision the shade, the faster its movement and the greater the pleasure I experience, as well as a healthy re-balancing.
I find daily opportunities to use color thoughts consciously. My discovery and use of
Inner Chromotology give me many pleasurable treatments to prevent conditions others of my age range
experience because their bodies need re-balancing. Many get temporary balancing through prescriptions and various exercises. All
of which have a place in an individual's life.
The most hopeful turnaround this presents is the understanding where "color thought" fits, especially in our conscious thoughts.
The longer I study human color energy, the more I can connect by
feeling sensations which standard, old word thoughts and/or definitions
are unconsciously DIS-coloring our normal internal systems, creating imbalance. This leads to a flip of the coin in establishing my
